In line with current legislation, Arkwright & Co is legally required to carry out anti-money laundering (AML) checks on all clients involved in the sale or purchase of a property.

To ensure this process is both secure and efficient, the initial verification is undertaken on our behalf by Guild 365, a trusted compliance partner. They will contact you once you have instructed us to sell your property, or when your offer on a purchase has been accepted.

The cost of this check is £25 per individual, payable directly to Guild 365. This fee covers the cost of obtaining and verifying the necessary documentation, along with any additional manual checks or monitoring required. Please note, the fee is non-refundable.
